Leading Line

My Road                    R.Soper                    2014

Leading Line - A line in a picture that leads your eyes away toward a certain point.

This represents leading line because the road is leading your eyes to look somewhere else. It makes your eyes look somewhere off into the distance.

Vertical

   Neighbors Tree       R.Soper         2014
Vertical – A picture that is taken with more length than width.

This is a vertical picture because it has more length and less width.

Informal Balance
Three Balls                R.Soper                   2014
Informal Balance – A picture that’s not even or barely even.

This photo is showing informal balance because there are three different balls shown. They are all different sizes and all three are different colors.

Angle (Down)
Dude                      R.Soper                      2014
Angle (Down) – When you have a bird’s eye view of the subject.

This photo represents angle (down) because I am above my dog.

Distance (Close)
Ugly Grass                  R.Soper                   2014
Distance (Close) – When you take a picture close up.

This represents distance (close) because the camera is very close to the grass.
